    Also, bugged and the support team has not been helpful at all. They keep changing the status of my account to solved without a reply and it clearly isn’t solved.

    Yea I've had the same bug since I started playing 2 weeks ago. I thought it had to do with the season being over. But, even with the update still bugged. Wizard has told me they are trying to fix the problem, but nothing they can do at this time. Just sucks cause I just dropped around $80 on the game.
