    Received a promising response from a CS Supervisor today:

    "I understand that this Bronze Tier 0 bug is frustrating, but I got confirmation that a fix is being worked on and should be deployed on 11/11 with the Crimson Vow release."

    Same problem. I am a returning player who downloaded MTGA and played maybe 1 match months ago. I have never reached Mythic rank.

    Same problem with my account. Downloaded the phone app a few months ago but didn’t play more than two tutorial games. Started playing a ton last week and my rank won’t budge from Bronze 0 for both constructed and drafts.
