    Is there a way to file for a refund before making a new account, if that is the only option? Can’t get our time back but at least money would ease the sting.

    Still stuck at level 0, even with the new update. Why is this not something Wizards is addressing?

    Ive been stuck at bronze tier zero since I started playing mtg arena. I thought the season switch would help but no dice.

    Same issue. Stuck at zero for both constructed and limited no matter how many wins I get.
