    Please, please, please address this!
    It's been consistent. When an opponent forfeits the match for whatever reason I either lose rank or gain no rank. For instance I just lost the first game of a bo3, then my op. forfeit during sideboard. I went down rank!
    Regardless if the op got disconnected (which right when we go into sideboard seems coincidental), I definitely shouldn't go down in rank. A draw? Better. But why aren't players being given the ranks for winning when an op disconnects? I know this would go for me if I disconnect too. But that's how it goes, right? Would love to hear more on this if anyone can share.
