    PAID FOR THE NEW "JUMP IN" EVENT, CANNOT SELECT 2ND PACK.
    UPON CLOSING AND REOPENING, MY FIRST PACK IS SELECTED BUT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FURTHER. CANNOT PROCEED TO PICK 2ND PACK AT ALL, ALL OPTIONS GREYED OUT.
