Stuck at Platinum level 4 for over a week now, whether I win or lose. Sent a message to WOTC and all they did was point me here. Very annoyed. Been playing since it came out, never had this problem before.

Same thing here. Has been fine for months, but it's started happening again now. Tried all the obvious things. Can still play on mobile, just not pc. Very frustrating
