I have the exact same issue on Mac, contacted the Support channel and received a response telling me they are aware of this BS and there is already a thread on the bug report section. No intentions of solving this i guess...
Tried all the tips i have found online, changing IP, VPN, uninstalling, changing connection... Nothing works!
Frustrating to say the least, and the lack of interest on the Wizards team on solving this is the worst of it all... Just... SHAME
