    Sometimes if the same ability is on a creature twice, that ability cannot be activated. e.g. If you have Omen Hawker in the game with 1 +1/+1 counter and 1 Omen Hawker exile with Agatha's then Omen Hawker cannot be tapped for mana or if you have 2 Omen Hawker with Agatha's in exile you can use another one don't tap for mana.

    delete AppData\Local\Temp\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA, (its a hidden folder) i just deleted everything on Temp/ and it worked.
