    This also happened to me.

    The previous actions I took were
    1. Cast Titan of Industry
    2. View Battlefield
    3. Expand a stack of enchantments on a creature on the battlefield.

    When returning to the browser the options were gone and I was forced to concede.

    I question whether this is just a bug with Titan of Industry or if it is a bug with ANY option selection menu, where viewing the battlefield and expanding some stack of cards breaks the selection menu.

    Can see this bug completely ruining important games.
