    @Dromar#09802, out of curiosity, do you have an older Wizards account? When I had this behavior, it was with an older Wizards account that I had to merge; making a new account (I am the original poster) fixed the problem for me.

    @Adaeren#07001 do you perchance have an account from a Wizards product old enough that you had to merge it with your Wizards account? I was able to get around the issue by creating a new account. Hopefully you can do the same.

    @Ivarof#37575, that seems to be a new problem for me, but I'll give it a shot next time I play. It didn't work at all before I got a new account.
