I have also had this bug, it seems to be the animation of solemnity. I had Nine Lives and Solemnity on board, and when the opponent attacks the solemnity animation takes forever. The opponent attacked with many creatures, I had no priority or anything to cast or activate, but my timeouts were used and the rope expired causing a draw. This has happened in multiple games. I have attached my log and video of the incident.
