Same here... This is getting ridiculous. Customer support reply that they wont help either!

+1 happening for me too. It loaded once for me this morning but now will not load up at all.
Contacted support and they just blew me off, pretty rudely too.
From a customer's point of view... you take our money very quickly and easily, but then when it comes to us wanting to use what we have paid for... nothing. I can share my player log, but not adding it to a public thread!
