    Had the same issue. Was able to fix it by completely deleting then un-installing Arena and then re-installing it. See directions here: https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038311692-Can-t-Install-or-Update-MTG-Arena-on-PC

    Same issue after latest update was released on 7 Feb 2023. I will try crocoduck's suggestion and see if that works because nothing else has.
