  1. I Got stuck on the " checking for active matches" screen, I was on a match and the game crashes, then I enter and got stuck in there

    my pc crashed mid game and now when I'm trying to open the game it gets stuck on "Checking for active matches" though my pc crashed yesterday. tried closing and reopening many time but still it wont work.
