    I was able to get the packs back to my account & I opened them now, no problem. Anyone else still having issues?

    I was granted an entire booster box of LOTR packs by attending a local prereleases event. This morning, prior to the LOTR update, those were in my account in arena & were unable to be opened. After making the LOTR update, the packs are now gone.

    After updating the arena app on my iPhone, the LOTR booster packs I was given via a code at a prerelease event disappeared from my account. It wouldn’t allow me to open the packs until today & now the packs have completely disappeared from my account.
