    Specifically I have found that none of the following are appearing in packs for me despite me having complete sets of all other rares in the set:

    Frodo, determined hero
    Gandalf, white rider
    Gollum, scheming guide
    Fires of mount doom
    Galadriel, gift giver
    The Balrog, flame of udun
    Bilbo’s ring
    Witch-king, bringer of ruin

    I also haven’t been able to pack the two mythic rares

    Aragorn and Arwen, wed
    Sauron, the lidless eye
