I'm in the same boat, and tried reporting the issue to Xsolla customer support, however that came to nought.
Best you can do is add a vote to the other various other threads on here which have reported the same issue, e.g. https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs-product-suggestions/suggestions/46137286-store-not-working

I’ve reported almost 400 ropers in recent months (via the “Report Conduct” form), but am pretty sure I’ve been ******* into the wind, as I still encounter the same offenders doing the same things weeks/months later.
I’ve also tried contacting WoTC numerous times to escalate this issue, but that also came to nought, as it’s impossible to get past their automated customer service chatbots.
