   This actually wouldn't be that hard to address. The client could build a log of each game. You click "report stalling" at the end of the match and it uploads the data to Wizards. Then a little bot checks the timestamps to see if the opponent was stalling. If it fits within a certain range, the account gets flagged.

   The problem is that reporting ropers is too much of a pain. I don't want to spend my free time filling out web forms and uploading HTML logs.

   Please fix this, Wizards!
