    Not getting deck submission fault, but now proceeds to waiting for opponent and halts there.

    @Zefren#42673 good for you that this helps, but doesn't do anything for me, still unable to submit deck.

    Unfortunately again the patch caused MTGA to work for one day and problem still exsist.

    Couldn't play for day X in a row with my friends, but then i noticed an update and saw the patchnotes:

    Direct Challenge: This build includes additional hardening and improvements for Direct Challenge stability. We are still unsure if this solves all of the problems, but it will certainly help us investigate further. Work continues on this problem, and it will until the issue is resolved

    Huzaa! i was able to play correctly in friendly combat.
    So far so good, but last patch this was also for one or two days, so fingers crossed!

    We’ve recently made stability improvements around Friend and Direct Challenges and will continue monitoring their performance.
    Note: We have had difficulty accurately reproducing all of the Direct/Friend Challenge issues players are reporting, so we’re not sure how much of the issue this fixes. Investigation continues.

    Dont know how they monitor, but it has worked for me for one day after patch.
    After that more of the same old drama making friendly play virtually unplayable.

    Same issue here, sometimes it goes without issue and after two matches it starts ocurring that either my friend or me get the error "unable to submit deck".
    Another way of challeging via the challenge button at the top doesn't even cause an invite to the other person.

    It looks like the MTGA system is having trouble connecting the two accounts together properly for a match resulting in the infamous error.

    Guessing MTGA chocked a bit not being able to allocate the emotes / avatars correctly.

    Update on the companion / avatar / emote subject:
    Head into profile first and look at your emotes, avatars and companions here first, then update decks or use emotes in game and it worked for me.

    Dunno if it's me or.... but after doing so and succesfully tested this it feels like game is less sluggish as well and connects to server faster.

    Same issue here, also an occasional "unable to get collection" when connecting to server.
