    何日か前に、私も、敗北したのにゴールドティア1から下がらないということがありました
    実際は下がっているのに、表示がバグっているだけかな？と思ってそのままにしていましたが、
    やっぱり表示のバグだけではなくて、実際に、負けてもランクが下がらないというおかしな状態になっていたみたいです。

    こんばんは。私も皆さんと同じ状況でしたが、ダスクモーン実装のアップデートが入った後、windowsの更新の確認、グラフィックドライバの更新の確認、アリーナの設定でグラフィックを「中」にしたら、正常に動くようになりました。
    ダスクモーンのパック3パック開封、ストアの閲覧、スパーキー戦1試合、スターターデッキ戦1試合をやっても、アリーナが落ちなくなりました。まだしばらくは様子見が必要ですが、一応プレイができるようになったので、ここでご報告させていただきました。参考になりましたら幸いです。
