    1. Have board state as in attached screen
    2. Tried to plaincycle Soaring Sandwing for couple of turns
    3. After playing card there should be menu allowing me to choose if I want to plaincycle or play the card. There was no such menu it only shows me that i cannot pay for the card
    4. Do not see any card that could interfere with plaincycle ability
