    I have spend a lot of gems that I bought with money thinking it was something I had done wrong.

    I go to Jump In since I have to complete it 3 times which is 1 win for each completion.

    As soon as I join and win 1 I see the tracker change to 1 out of 3 then when I rejoin to do the 2nd one it just resets and now its back to 0 out of 3 again daily.

    A lot of money has been lost due to this and I would like my gems refunded please.
