Boros Recruit must attack, but you cannot pay the cost to allow that attack to happen. Typically effects that say you cannot do something win out against effects that say you must do something.

It would have worked, but you would have gotten a copy of the land Restless Spire. The effect that makes it a creature isn't one of the copiable values.

I believe it’s based on what effect put the card face down. The ruling saying you had to reveal morph cards was to verify you didn’t turn your land flood into 2/2’s
Cloak doesn’t care what card gets played face down, so maybe these aren’t being revealed

I misread Unraveler, based on your images you should be able to cast the Breach, as you have 10 mana of cards in your graveyard.

Flashback is an alternative casting cost, and so is the Conspiracy Unravlers. You can only pick one to apply when casting a spell.

You activated the land a step too late. The game was already in the declare blockers step, and you need creatures as that step begins to assign them as blockers.
