    Goblin Charbelcher is not legal in Pioneer/Explorer. You have somehow queued into Historic.

    Ugin exiles cards that are one or more colours, so it will never exile Mesmeric Orb with its second loyalty ability.

    The "can't activate" text is because of your Karn, the Great Creator.

    Given that you didn't understood these interactions caused by your own cards, I am guessing you missed something your opponent was doing.

    If you have no cards in hand, and the Into The Flood Maw is cast in response to the FOMO enter trigger, then you will have to discard it to its own trigger.

    There is a large selection of Foundations cards that are not available in booster packs

    This is the correct way for Cavern to work. Only spells cast with the mana produced by Cavern will be uncounterable.

    It is, Gatherer shows it incorrectly, but it shows on both the Pioneer and Explorer ban lists
