Erm, you can clearly see the Bat is unable to attack or block, and that when you click on the stacked cards it shows what is exiled (the Trailblazer) and what is attached (the Planar Disruption)

This is not a bug. Karakyk Guardian loses hexproof once it has dealt damage. There is nothing about it losing it until end of turn.

That is not how The End works. You draw a card for each card exiled from your hand. If all the other copies of the card are in your graveyard or library, you don't draw any cards.

The Vehicle would need to be a creature to receive the Training Grounds discount, it specifically mentions it reduces the ability costs of creatures

Sounds like those creatures were also lands, most likely due to Ashaya

Bottomless Pool does not target the creature while it is a spell on the stack. It has a triggered ability that targets a creature when it enters.

If this was in Limited, you can play as many copies of a card that you open/draft

If this was in Limited, then Guardian Sunmare likely went and got Lotusguard Disciple which gives it indestructible

If the token was a copy of another creature, then it would have the mana value of the creature card it copied

You can go Full Control and manually click onto the floating mana to pay for Prismatic Ending. Arena should really default to having you pay WUBRG whenever possible though.

The Enduring creatures have a triggered ability that brings them back as enchantments when they die. If someone activates Agatha's Soul Cauldron in response to that trigger, the creature would be exiled before it could return to the battlefield.

You can uncheck the Auto Select Replacement Effects in the Options menu, but I agree that this should default to the more optimal choice of shuffling the Colossus back.

If you got the "Are you sure..." warning, the game was trying to point out that the play you were attempting was likely not going to work. Was Lier or Cavern of Souls in play?
Temur Tawnyback is a 6 mana card and not a legal target for Shiko
