    When a spell is resolving, all of its effects will resolve before any triggers are put on the stack.

    What you are describing with Grave Pact is not possible

    Which is correct. Stun counters create a replacement effect that says “if this creature would untap, remove a stun counter instead”

    This is not illegal.

    506.4b Tapping or untapping a creature that’s already been declared as an attacker or blocker doesn’t remove it from combat and doesn’t prevent its combat damage.

    Flare of Fortitude won't stop Disa's ability. The creatures still dealt damage to you, but your life total can't change.
