The number of counters is calculated based on the last known power the dead creature had on the battlefield. If it died due to an -X/-X effect, it died with less power, usually 0. Thus 0 counters.

Because they were created attacking, they never attacked. To attack with a creature means to declare it as attacker during the declare attackers turn based action.

Warp is an alternative cost. When copying a spell, all decisions made during the casting process are copied, too, including casting it for an alternmative costs.. That means, the copy was warped. Thus it gets exiled at the beginning of the end step.

It does not matter what's printed on the card. Except the name. Because all cards with the same name are treated as having their Oracle text printed on them.
As for why the old version says "target creature or player", that's because during Ixalan the old planeswalker damage redirection rule still existed. When it got abolished, almost all cards that had "target creature or player" were errataed to read "any target".
And no, no card becomes illegal to play just because the printed text does not equal the Oracle text.

Nibelheim Aflame says the creature deals the damage. Qarsi Revenant has deathtouch. So all that damage came from a source with deathtouch. No amount of toughness can make a creature survive that.

The "may" applies to everything that follows it. You only have the choice to draw a card and proliferate, or not to do that. Since you can't choose to draw a card, the only choice you have left is to deny and do nothing.

A multicolored permanent is a permanewnt that has at least two colors. Lands have zero colors.
An object's colors are derived from the colored symbols in its mana cost, its color indicators (if any), and by by effects granting color. Lands have NO mana cost, have NO color indicator (except Dryad Arbor, which has a green one), and usually are granted a color when animated by an effect. So they are colorless. What color of mana a land can produce, or what land types it has, is irrelevant for its color, or lack thereof.

You have to set a stop on the opponent's upkeep BEFORE they begin their turn.

Workaround: when in the combat phase, set a stop at end of combat.

Tokens are not affected by the Leyline, only actual cards. Token creatures still die.

You have to DECLARE 5+ creatures as attackers the same turn they entered the battlefield. Creating creatures that enter attacking means, they never attacked. Mobilze and other such effects do not help you with this quest.

Because when Sephiroth transforms into the One-Winged Angel, its controler gets an EMBLEM with the drain ability. Emblems sit in the command zone and are independent of the source that created them.

It's an at-the-beginning-of-the-end-step trigger with an INTERVENING-IF clause. That clause has to be true at the time of triggering, or the trigger does not go on the stack. Any permanent dying or otherwsie leaving the battlefield IN the end step CANNOT fulfil this condition.

The Skystinger blocked a creature with flying, so got +5/+0, becoming a 9/5. Thus its toughness was not greater than its power, so Tapestry Warden did not apply to its combat damage assignment.
To respond to a spell or ability you control, you have to enter Full Control mode. Otherwise Arena passes priority as per the tournament shortcut.
