Your opponent has a total of 11 cards, you have a total of 15 (not counting commanders). So you must have drawn at least 3 extra cards. 4 if you were the starting player. Your opponent has 3 nonland permanents, which is consistent with them having cast them and not paid for the Sentinel, getting you 3 extra cards.

Jenova became just an enchantment. Noncreature permanents cannot have power, so Jenova has no power, and thus no counters are placed.

You have to be in Full Control to respond to your own spells and abilities. Otherwise, Arena passes priority right away. This is a tournament shortcut: you pass unless specifically specified otherwise.

No, lands are colorless. An object has a color only by having a colored mana symbol of that color in its mana cost, by having a color indicator for that color on its type line, or by having been granted a color through some effect.
Lands have no mana cost, so can't get a color that way. The only land, that has a color by default, due to a color indicator, is Dryad Arbor, the color indicator making it green. A land with an animation ability usually also gains color in addition to animating it when using that animation ability.

The creature that is chosen as the Ringbearer becomes legendary, thus choosing the token Ratadrabik created as the Ringbearer, makes it legendary again.

Why is this even a problem? You do not have to complete a daily quest on the day it is given. You can carry it around for MONTHS on end. So long as you have one quest slot open, you will get a new quest each day. Those quests WILL complete eventually unless you are ultra fixated on not playing a certain color pair, ever. The only real advantage of the quest change is the potential to get 250 more gold out of it by receiving a 750 gold quest.
The only time where it is crucial to complete all the daily quests fast, is right before a new set is released. Because you receive a full set of 3 dailies when the new set comes out, so you want to complete all the ones you have open still to get the most value.

Voice of Victory? Grand Abolisher? Myrel? Kutzil?
Standard is chock full of cards that disallow playing cards on your opponent's turn right now.

Thast's because you have at least one version of Snakeskin Veil still missing entirely in your collection. It is a recurring reprint, after all.

Your Authority of the Consuls was not what was gaining your opponent life. They had an Impassioned Orator to do that for them.

There is a hidden requirement for that achievment: you have to cast at least 5 spells during that game. This is to make getting the achievement nontrivial, as otherwise, any opponent scooping on the spot would get you the achievement.

Perpetual only makes the card retain the changes over zone changes, it does not change the copiable values of the card.

Immersturm Predator gets a +1/+1 counter no matter what, if its controler chooses zero cards to exile. So the question is, did your opponent target a card in a graveyard? If yes, was it the card your Ooze exiled?

Tifa had -2 power to start with due to Jace's -3. You doubled that 5 times. Magic can double negatives just fine. You had to increase Tifa's power to a positive value before starting to double it multiple times.

Your library was empty, and Inspiring Commander made you draw a card. Trying to draw a card from an empty library is a legitimate way of losing a game of Magic.

"Whenever you gain life for the first time during each of YOUR turns, create a 1/1 white Cat creature token."
It was your opponent's turn.
"... If the gift was promised, instead return TARGET NONLAND PERMANENT an opponent controls to its owner's hand."
The gift is promised on cast, even before targets are chosen.
