The trigger of the third chapter of ECD requires a target in your graveyard. If there is no legal target, the trigger is removed from the stack immediately and doesn't get resolve. And because it doesn't resolve, Tom Bombadil doesn't trigger.

Becasue it's a rare ion Kaladesh. A not so recent change to the crafting system makes you use up a wildcard of the rarity corresponding to the lowest rarity printing of the card, no mater the actual rarity of the version you want to craft.

Did the Thunderbond Vanguard also attack? And was it blocked and received combat damage? If so, once the mobilze tokens are gone, it's p/t is reduced, but the marked damage remains. If the marked damage now equals or exceeds the number of creatures you have left on the field, it dies to lethal damage.

No, Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire is not legal in Standard. It appears as a special guest in FF (with alternate art and name), but those are only legal in formats where they already have a legal printing. Special Guests are not added to the Standard pool

Sealed doesn't count for the Limited ladder. You have to play Drafts.

Kuldrotha Rebirth, and many other cards in the Pioneer format, have not yet been implemented, and are not available on Arena. Wizards renamed the Explorer format into Pioneer, because all the cards that have been played COMPETETIVELY in the format are on Arena.
But at least for Kuldrotha Rebirth, you can just replace it with Gleeful Demolition. It does basically the same.

You get gems for excess rares and mythics (20 gems for rares, 40 gems for mythics). Excess commons and uncommons only contribute to the vault (0.1% for a common, 0.3% for an uncommon).

First, Artifacts don't die NOW, they always did. Same for tokens.
Second, they only die, if they actually go to the graveyard. With a card like Rest in Peace on the field, nothing dies.

Read your cards:
Suplex:
"Suplex deals 3 damage to target creature. If that creature would die this turn, EXILE IT INSTEAD." -

There are at least FOUR cards in Standard right now (maybe more, I'm not yet that familiar with the FF cards), that can make Voice of Victory trigger more than once when attacking:
Roaming Throne set to Human or Bard
Delney, Streetwise Lookout
Fractured Realm
Windcrag Siege set to Mardu -

Chapter 1 of Summon: Perimal Garuda requires a tapped creature an opponent controls to target. If the opponent does not have a tapped creature to target, the trigger is removed from the stack right away.

You cannot lose your rank, but you can lose a tier within the rank. So you can go down from platinum 3 to platinum 4, but cannot fall from platinum 4 back to gold 1.

Was your Gaelicat blocked by another creature? If so, the PuPu UFO was not required to block as the Gaelicat got blocked already, fulfilling the Masamune's requirement.

So no exile here. The issue could still be, that there simply were no legal targets for the reanimation part of the trigger. In which case, the trigger would be removed from the stack immediately. You have to have a target to destroy AND a target to reanimate (the two meld parts do not qualify as they are both legendary).

Did it die, or was it exiled instead?
The sceenshot could help, but you forgot to include it.

Nothing on the card even idicates, that you could play her from the graveyard. To get the trigger, she has to be on the battlefield when the end step begins.

Then you most likely could not pay life to activate it. Yasharn is a card.

You lost life, there was no damage involved. Pariah cannot help against loss of life.
Damage to a player usually CAUSES loss of life, but not all loss of life is from damage.

Ultimecia triggered in the first end step, and that trigger went on the stack. You blinked her with Yshtola, making the one on the field a new Ultimecia, one that the trigger that's still on the stack does not refer to. That one does not exist anymore, and therefore cannot transform. You can still pay the cost of ther trigger, which is what you did. You had to wait for the new end step to begin, to get a new trigger, that refers to the new Ultimecia, and will transdform it if you pay that trigger's cost (and do not blink her or otherwise remove her from the field before you do).
No, this is not a bug. This is a result of applying the rules of replacement effects. Quina changes number and type of the tokens created, nothing more. But since the original effect also has an additional effect upon the token, ALL tokens created with the modified effect are subjected to that additional effect.
