If a spell cannot be countered or will get countered unless a cost is paid (ward), the game will ask "are you sure?". Did this happen? If yes, there was something about that play that made the spell uncounterable. Trying to counter is still a vibale play, it just won't counter the spell.
My guess: a Cavern of Souls set to Merfolk and mana from it was used to cast the Echo.

Nowhere To Run breaks ward and hexproof. By design of the card.

You've hit Arena's token limit per player, which is set at 250. If you would go over that limit, no tokens are created instead.

Don't know your language, but I think I have figured out the problem you have anyway. Correct me if I'm wrong, though.
The problem as I understand it:
You opponent cast Redcap Melee on your nonred creature, but did not have to sacrifice a land. The solution:
Your opponent had Soul-Scar Mage on the field at that time. So any noncombat damage that would have been dealt was instead turned into -1/-1 counters. Thus no damage was dealt by Redcap Melee. With no damage dealt, no land sacrifice was required. -

Well, experience for games won stops after the 10th victory of the day. And to get to the end of the Mastery Pass you usually only need an average of 4-5 victories a day, so long as you also complete all dailies and the weeklies before the next set comes out. You do not have to comlete a daily on the day you get it either. You can keep one or even two around for months (until the next set is released) and will still get a new one each day, if you have a slot free. If you have three active dailies, then you want to complete on eto free a slot for the next day, though.
Playing for 5 victories a day gets you all you need. You will lose out on a bit of gold (200 gold per day) and maybe some uncommon ICRs and rare/mythic ICRs, but that's it. You are not forced to play to 15 victories a day.

Then you have your explanation right there. The card says "TOUGHNESS 4 or greater", so your creatures were the only legal targets.

The recent change to how reprints are handled on Arena also inlcudes the feature, that for whichever card you want to craft, a wildcard equal to the lowest rarity printing is used regardless of the rarity of the specific version. So you can craft a mythic using an uncommon wildcard, for example, if that specific mythic has an uncommon printing on Arena. But that also means, that you HAVE TO use that lower rarity wildcard.

Did your Scavengers have the 5 nessessary abilities BEFORE you declared it as attacker? Because just having those 5 abilities on an attacker at some point does not suffice. The abilities have to be present on the attacker WHEN YOU DECLARE IT AS ATTACKER.

The casting of the Silverback Elder CANNOT trigger its own abilities, the rules of the game don't allow it. Because for those abilities to be active, it has to be on the field. But when it is cast, it is on the stack until it resolves. OTHER creature spells can trigger the Elder, when it is on the field.

ALL counters on Sab-Sunen count for the ability. Since your opponent has Ornery Tumblewagg, which can give out counters, he can manipulate Sab-Sunen into always having an even number of counters when it's time to delcare attackers.
In the screenshot, Sab-Sunen has 6 counters (5x +1/+1, and what appears to be a flying counter) and is thus able to attack.

He had a Nowhere to run on the field, which shuts down hexproof.
How are people playing in high rank ladder still not aware of what the card does?

Did your creatures actually attack the PLAYER, or only a planeswalker they controlled, or battle they defended? If the later two, then the Dollmaker's Shop's trigger condition is NOT met. You have to specifically attack a PLAYER with a non-toy creature you declare as attacker (so mobilze tokens sent to the player, for example, also won't trigger it).

Doors only get unlocked if the card entered as a spell from the stack, or if you pay the unlock cost for the door. A Room entering from exile with thus return with no doors unlocked. You want the token maker door to make tokens again, you have to unlock that door.
709.5d A permanent with a shared type line is given the “left half unlocked” designation as it enters
the battlefield if its left half was cast as a spell. It is given the “right half unlocked” designation
as it enters the battlefield if its right half was a cast as a spell. If it’s entering the battlefield and
neither half was cast as a spell, it enters with neither unlocked designation. -

Siege had its opportunity to trigger, but its trigger condition wasn't met, so it did not trigger. Siege's Mardu trigger has an intervening-if clause, which is an extension of the trigger condition, and has to be true at the time the ability would trigger, or it doesn't trigger. Any creature death IN the end step CANNOT satisfy a required creature death AT THE BEGINNING of the end step. Mobilze token sacrifices CANNOT satisfy the if-clause, because they happen IN the end step, long AFTER it began.

Are you sure there wasn't a Voice of Victory under your opponent's control? A lot of people seem to miss the restrictive ability on that card.

No, not a bug. Since that ability is a characteristic defining ability, it is not copied if the copy effect sets the defined characteristic to a particular value. Which offspring does.
Also note, that getting +1/+1 for each other creature you control is not the same as getting p/t equal to the number of creature you control. The former WOULD apply to an offspring token, the later does not.
Bloodletter of Aclaztotz only has a power of 2, so Expel the Interloppers choosing 4 does not affect it. Because 2<4.
