That is correct behaviour. Replacement effects are applied BEFORE the event actually happens. That's the cards get exiled and don't go to the graveyard. Thus the Bloodwitch's trigger condition is not met.

You should be able to click on the floating mana to pay the mana as you want it, one by one. So try floating the mana you need, then play the card and pay that way.

The Enduring creature do go to the graveyard, and remain there until their trigger resolves to bring them back as enchantments only. That is a window where graveyard hate such as the Soul Cauldron can be used to exile them and prevent them from returning.

There are 163 different rares and mythics in Foundations, only 80 of those can be gotten in packs.

You got all the rares and mythics that can be gotten from packs. The rest have to be crafted, they cannot be opened in packs.

Not all the cards are available in packs. So you have to use wildcards to get the ones that will not show up.

There are a bunch of cards that prevent lifegain, several in Standard even.

Not a bug. The permanent does become a copy, but is also face down. And face down status (layer 1b) is applied AFTER copy effects (layer 1a).

Nowhere To Run. Read the card, it's not just a -3/-3.

That promted question is a sure sign, that there WAS something that was going to stop your counterspell from countering the spell. Probably a Lier on the battlefield, or a spell cast with mana from Cavern of Souls, or simply a spell with the build-in clause of "can't be countered". Casting a counterspell is still a legal play in such cases, even if it will do nothing upon resolution, thus the promted question.

He didn't cast the Wilt-Leaf Liege, you made him discard it with Rush of Dread. So the Liege's ability applied and your opponent could simply put it on the battlefield.

Yes, and you can. The probelm is, that Arena by default enacts the tournament shortcut of passing after you put something on the stack. So you have to tell the game to let you respond to your own stuff, by going Full Control.

Loss of life is not the same as damage. Both Eriette's Tempting Apple and the Wicked Role cause loss of life, they do not deal damage. Virtue's trigger condition was not met in both cases.

Most likely you opponent had Nowhere to Run on the field already, probably killed some creature with it earlier in that game. The card is more than just removal.

Because that would be in the middle of the resolution of Realmbreaker's ability, a time when no player has priority to do anything. Just because a spell/ability has multiple effects one after the other doesn't mean you get to do something in between. The spell/ability is still resolving. You only get to act after it has completely resolved.

But not as a SPELL. An ETB ABILITY targeted the Rotpriest, which it doesn't care about.

A triggered ability is NOT an activated ability, so Petrify can't stop it. But Bristly Bill does have an activated ability, it is the one that doubles counters. That ability is stopped by Petrify.
Activated ability: [cost]:[effect]
Triggered ability: "When"/"whenever"/"at" [condition], [effect]

Cyclonic Rift only bounces nonlands, and due to Ashaya all nontoken creatures your opponent controlled were lands.
To respond to your own spells and abilities, you have to go into fiull control mode.
