Not a bug. By the time Kaito's abilities are removed in layer 6, his ability to make him a creature has already been applied (in layer 4), and won't be undone retroactively just because that ability is now gone.

Has been in Standard for half a year already with Bloodletter and Rush of Dread. Just a turn faster now.

"... target ATTACKING creature..."
So you can only use Dreadmaw's Ire in combat after attackers have been declared, and only on an attacking creature.

What are you even complaining about? There is a MINIMUM deck size of 60 cards in constructed, and Arena limits a deck to 250 cards at most. Any deck of those sizes, and any size in between, is legal.

Darkstar Augur is a Warlock. Warlocks are outlaws. (Mercenaries, Rogues, Assassins, Warlocks, and Pirates are outlaws.)

You have to click on your graveyard and choose the cards from there to forage. The highlighted cards are highlighted, because you are allowed to cast them this turn, they are not highlighted as potential exiles for forage. Or rather they will be highlighted in your graveyard for forage, but the cards shown alongside your hand are there becasue you could cast them this turn.

Did you both gain AND lose life that turn, and do so BEFORE the end step began?

Well, did you gain AND lose life during your turn, and before the end step began?

You have to both gain AND lose life that turn, and do so before the end step begins. Just one of the two is not enough.

Those cards are craft only, like many others in recent sets. You cannot open them in packs. They are technically part of the set, but made for special products only, like these two are for Bloomburrow Commander precons. You want them, you have to craft them with wildcards.

You have to actually go to your graveyard to exile the cards for forage. The highlighted cards are this way, because you can cast them this turn, not because they are offered for forage. Those cards are in your graveyard even though Arena doesn't show them there due to the possibility of using them this turn.

Thought-Stalker Warlock WILL make you discard regardless of the controler having lost life this turn or not. The difference is the mode of discard. If they lost life, they get to choose the card, and may even wiff with that, if there is no nonland card in your hand. If they didn't lose life, you just discard a card of YOUR choosing.
So in short, they lost life, they choose what is dicarded. They didn't lose life, you choose what is discarded. Either way, discard happens.

It does lose its abilities. But type granting happens before ability losing, so the lands are made Islands before the Harbinger loses its abilities. The layer system is explained in rule 613.

"... That player may search their library for a land card WITH A BASIC LAND TYPE ..."
You don't get to search for a basic land, you get to search for a land with a basic land type. Wastes don't have that, so can't be searched for this way.

Plotted spells cost 0 to cast. Due to the Interrupter, it costs 2.
It's a bug in so far as you should gain the life. It's correct, however, that you don't get the energy counter, because
