    Clearing out the registry did the trick. Took hours to get it all.

    Same issue here. Turned off the firewall, windows defender, et al. Deleted the MTGA directory Validated wifi is good. Still no joy.

    How is this stalling at the download to install if it's an account issue? Is there some registry setting that got corrupted?
