    1. Have cryptic coat's Etb cloak rattlechains from the top of your library and Boom you can cast spirits with flash.
    2. So far seen on Pc
    3. I am able to cast spirits at flash speed with no effect allowing me to do so.
    4. I shouldn't be able to cast them on my opponent's turn
