    its worth it to note, this is mostly a problem with the decks mentioned. On an average game even if someone plays a super complicated set of cards, players will have time extensions banked that can add the needed time. But in these mentioned problematic decks, this issue happens so often that any banked time allowances are not enough if they are able to be gained at all.
