Unfortunately its not a bug. It happened to me as well and I at first thought it was a bug, but it wasn't. To everyone of us we all did miss one thing. The saga does not copy itself. But... There are other cards that can create a copy of the saga, that is a token. So for example Calix, Guided by Fate or Mythos of Illuna or Tamiyo, Compleated Sage have the ability to create a copy of the Three blind mices that is a token. From there on you can make copies of the token saga exponentially. So... You just need to kill, destroy or neutralize the card, that creates a token-copy of the Three blind mices and therefore prevent the player to create a token-copy of the Three Blind Mices.
