    Okay, this is ridiculous. It's been over a month with absolutely zero communication, let alone a resolution. I'm just a drop in the bucket, and I realize that, but this experience has stifled my desire to monetarily support the game, and has tarnished my view of WotC and Arena.

    I understand that it's the holiday season, which will undoubtedly interfere with response and resolution times. Still, it's been over a week with no communications or updates addressing this issue.

    So I ask, can we please get some form of direction? Are we going to get refunds, or will the card style be added to our collection? Is there an ETA?

    Frankly, the bug causing this issue and my missing purchase concerns me far less than the lack of attention being given to the community.
