    happens to me A LOT. you can contact the support to get a refund of your event entry cost. The problem is, that you're kicked out of the game and then send back to the menu without exiting the first game. So you can start a second game that runs parallel to the ongoing game (that you are not parttaking in anymore.) You can restart your client to get back in the first game, but by then you will have lost a lot of time and probably lose... it's really really frustrating

    i had similar problems. i got short disconnects and when reconnecting i was thrown back into the event menu, but the match was still ongoing in the background. i could work a way around by restarting the client and therefore get back into the match... but i still lost time, somestimes even a turn or something... If you're experiencing problems in events tho you can report it and get a refund of the entry price.
