    I encounter the "network error / unable to get collection" issue too. I'm from Italy too.
    Wrote couple days ago to support, screenshots attached, still waiting to have the situation fixed, impossible to properly start the client, Arena is not working even if on the status they say everything is fine, but actually that's not true
