    My name is Charles Coffey, I’m 81 years old and proud to be an Officer of the Order of Canada. I’ve always stood for good causes, but nothing prepared me for the sadness I felt after playing Lotto Max for years with no win. My wife begged me to stop wasting money it broke my heart.
