    Same thing happened to me! I cast Authority of the Consuls on my turn, my opponent ran out of time to resolve it, but instead of resolving the spell it passed the turn! It should've stayed on my turn but it kept the spell on the stack and passed to the opponent.

    I was playing on the Arena Android app, on my Galaxy S9.
