    I bought both sets of basic lands that were missing after the initial update after release. They were also removed from view which means they were purchased like any other purchase. I contacted them two separate times and both times they responded in such a way that I stupid but shameful while trying to convince me that I didn’t make the purchase I even gave them the log files from the time I purchased them and they insist I never bought them and that was the last time I spent a dollar on them. This won’t be very sustainable much longer before it all implodes just look at tomorrows release.

    Ive been playing this game for years, and ive pulled rares uncommons and commons on mythic packs. Just because it has mythic in the title doesnt mean that the only drop reward you get from the pack. Mythic wild cards drop 1:65 usually so unless you hate collecting cards if mythics were the only card it dropped youd never pull the other three wild cards you need.

    I came here looking to see if there was anyone else that had this happen to them. Customer support told me that I didn't purchase either of the sets of lands they had for the FF release. I told them yes I did purchase them. They were the first purchase I made as I also have collected all the FF stuff available. They basically called me a liar and havent responded to the thread I started over a week ago despite me posting an update screen shot daily showing them the lands arent in the store because I already purchased them. I asked them last week how I was to purchase them if they arent in the store. they told me to restart the game client, go to the store and purchase them. I already purchased them so now what. Its now going on 4 days since their last response. Next they close the ticket say they resolved it and ignore me just like all the other cards or card styles Ive purchased that are missing from my account. This company in total trashcan they ruined what was a great game. Heres the current state of my store showing that everything has been purchased. Wizards has thinks im lying and that I didnt make this purchase. Its terrible this is the business practice they choose. This isnt the first time ive purchased something and didnt get it or later went missing.
