You can in addition mute the music audio for a single match, and then after going to the menu (win, lose, or draw), turning the music back on. This should fix the issue.

I've found that muting the music audio for a single match and then going back to the main menu (win, lose, or draw) fixes the issue. That or restarting the game. I with you didn't have to do either, but it's a quick fix.

I'm having a similar issue. It seems to relate to any rule that states there can be more than 4 copies of a card in a deck. For example, I cannot use Rat Colony or Relentless Rats, even though those cards state "A deck can have any number of cards named ...". This issue occurs with Brawl decks, and may occur with Standard, Alchemy, and/or other formats as well (currently untested). I am using the PC version of Arena for clarification.

This has been an ongoing issue for at least a year. In adition to restarting the game, you can also mute the music audio and then start a match. After the conclusion (win, lose, or draw) turn the music back on while in the menu, and the issue should be gone.
