    ok. So I just opened the Arena app on my iPhone and purchased gems there. it worked. then went back to desktop to use them.

    so, from what im gathering. this is not a priority issue and will not be fixed? surprising...considering that we are just asking to hand them money.

    I turned off the voice FX in the audio settings so at least I don't have to listen to it. things are much better now.
