This is a bug, not a new feature request. Sometimes, even with full control, triggers resolve without permission, for example, having two wilderness reclaimations and you're tapped out before the first fires, 90% of the time it will fire off the second in sequence without letting you respond between them despite now having full mana to activate abilities and play instants.
Full control should allow full control, even if the game thinks you have no options (important if you're bluffing, otherwise double wild. recs. firing is a dead giveaway to the contents of your hand if you started with untapped mana.)
