    I experienced a similar loop with Sparky.

    I went first and played a land.
    Sparky played a land, forest, then passed to me.
    I played a second land then Lazitop Reaver.

    On Sparky's following turn Sparky drew to 8 cards but did not play a land, then Sparky began to emote the Hmmm... emote over and over.

    The game is stuck in this loop with Sparky saying "Hmmm." over and over.

    My guess is that Sparky does not have a land to play and can not play any spells and will have to discard a card at the end of turn. Somewhere in the decision process, Sparky gets caught in a loop.
