    Golden guardian does not come back as a land, stays in graveyard
    1) activate golden guardian's ability, targets another creature with deathtouch
    2) Golden Guardian and creature with deathtouch fight and both creatures die
    3) Golden Guardian goes to my graveyard

    EXPECTED RESULTS
    Golden Guardian should return to my battlefield transformed as a land

    OBSERVED RESULTS
    Golden Guardian remains in my graveyard. BROKEN!
