    I have had the same issue. Haven't been able to play since Kaladesh. Gonna try the bellow fixes but:
    WIZARDS! THIS IS A RECURRING ISSUE!

    Update: No fixes worked and I have an outstanding troubleshooting ticket on this issue since Kaladesh release! Both new downloads and epic games launcher versions won't update.
