    Same for me. I have determined that if I do enough of the action s in a game to complete the quest it won't progress. So if I'm at 27 for cast red or green spells and I cast 3 or more red or green spells it won't progress. However, if I cast 1 or 2 red or green spells it would progress.

    I even rerolled a quest and it wouldn't finish the new one either.
