   UPDATE: Now that the update has happened, the quest completed.

   I am having the same issue. I started using a green deck to complete the green/other color quest, and when it stopped, I reset that quest, and restarted the game. The reset changed to white or black spells, which prior to my last game I was at 25/30. At the end of my last game, I remained at 25/30, with no progression.
