    Hi, same here, my account is now fully fonctional. It seems reasonable to think that something has been fixed for some accounts on server side. I must admit that I have been skeptical about the resolution time but WOTC has been top notch

    @Boogedy#71909: same for me and I guess your ticket has been closed as well but our issue not. It seems to me that wotc support is far more interested by their resolution statistics than to solve actual issues. Also, the issue is linked to a specific account not to the installation configuration. Any account with this issue becomes non functional so I guess all is left for us is to stop playing until maybe one day the issue is solved.

    Has anyone some updates from support? For me, they just closed my ticket after telling me to go to this very website. Very nice way to keep good statistics for them but the issue is still not solved!

    Same issue, seemed to have appeared after I bought the mastery pass. I have contacted the support and after a very generic email to make me perform a full reinstall of the software, all I got from support is the confirmation of... a vote in this page.
