    In round one of a throne of Eldraine draft, my opponent conceded game 1. The graphics went off and everything. Then the game 'froze'. My computer was fine, mouse functioned, and I could click on and highlight cards in game. The game stayed frozen, we never went to sideboard, and I was unable to get out of the game. I eventually closed the program and reopened, only to find I was given a loss.

    This is not the first time this has happened, but it is the first time it has cost me money (gems). I would like reimbursed for my event, as it was currency that translates to actual money.
